I recently took honeymoon package from Neptune and it was awesome. They took care each and every single details very professionally and provided all services as committed. I really want to appreciate their hard work and effort which makes our honeymoon very very memorable.

My recent trip to Gangtok & Darjeeling with Neptune Travels India Pvt Ltd. turned out to be an incredibly disappointing experience. Despite specifically booking an Innova for the entire duration, we were dismayed to find ourselves provided with different vehicles on each day, significantly compromising the quality of our journey. Adding to our frustration, the tour coordinator assigned to us, Mr. Gautam, exhibited unprofessional behavior, lacking basic courtesy and failing to provide accurate information. His incompetence and poor organizational skills resulted in a disorganized itinerary, errors in bookings, and last-minute changes that further exacerbated our disappointment. Neptune Travels' subpar services and Mr. Gautam's unprofessional conduct have left a lasting negative impression. I cannot emphasize enough how thoroughly disappointed I am with the experience. It is with regret that I cannot recommend Neptune Travels as a reliable travel partner, given the level of disappointment and dissatisfaction we encountered.

I will never recommend Neptune for travel or holidays. They do not communicate and expect the client to run behind them. We have made several attempts to contact their representative for a trip planning but he doesn't care to reach back. It's a sad experience..

Strictly not recommended. At 1st the lady appointed (Sheryll Thomas) to us kept delaying our holiday plan & then she promised us an itinerary with a 4 star property but when we were proceeding with the booking she backed out. There was no action taken inspite of contacting the manager. Over priced service, non-cooperative staffs, over all Pathetic experience .

They do not stand by their commitment. We were not provided with the property promised due to which we had to call off our holiday in the last minute . Initially the staff said they were busy with other bookings & when we called them for a final payment they said the property was sold out. I strictly do not recommend Neptune Holidays , a major disappointment.

I have traveled to Bali with my family and the package was provided by Neptune but their itinerary was not proper and my mom is a senior citizen and they have been repeatedly told by us but even though they have included Nusa Penida Island which is not apt for senior citizens and their suppliers who provided us the Bali land package could not be contacted at the time of our problem. At that Island we were not guided properly except snorkeling which we could not be able to do. For that we could not get the lunch which was prebooked. So there are proper miscommunication and mis management. So I had very bad experience.
